A refreshing surprise awaits here

Woke up to a refreshing breakfast that exceeded my expectations. The staff were genuinely warm, making our family feel welcome from the check-in. The room was impeccably clean and inviting.

However, the pool was unexpectedly closed, which was a letdown for the kids. Plus, the outside grounds could use more attention, with some areas looking neglected.

The staff tried to be accommodating during check-in.

Unfortunately, the pool was out of service during our stay, despite our excitement to use it. The floors in our room were dirty, leaving my kids' feet black after only walking on the carpet. To top it all off, the mattress was so sloped that it was uncomfortable to sleep on.

Checked in late, but discovered the bed was broken and had to endure a very uncomfortable night. The next morning, I was accused of causing the damage and faced a hefty fee.

We had a fantastic group trip and loved our stay! We explored Spring Hill Park and the nearby golf course. The hotel was modern, clean, and pretty well taken care of. The breakfast area was nice, and the staff was super helpful. A great value overall.

The only downside was that the air conditioning in our room took a bit to cool down, but it didn't ruin our stay.

My kids wished there were more clean options in the arcade. The pool could use some maintenance to ensure it stays open for kids to enjoy.

the shower drain wouldn't work properly water everywhere and my dog couldn't walk on the carpet. but enjoyed the clean room new linens and the breakfast area was well organized. also appreciated the indoor pool area.
